Objective

Our operating manuals aim to provide a precise, in-depth understanding of the way in which installations work and are operated.
They can be used as reference works by everyone involved in running the installations, particularly by those responsible for operating and checking them (operators, supervisors and their hierarchical superiors).


Our manuals include :

• a general description of the installations

• a description of the safety systems and their configuration

• a description of start-up and shutdown procedures

• parameters to be observed and actions to be taken under normal operating conditions

• features of the equipment

• a precise description of the process and utilities

• general information, such as :
  
  

• the geographical location of the installations

• their historical development

• the essential characteristics of the process and of the equipment installed.

Our manuals can also be used as training tools for production personnel before the initial start-up, and thereafter for employees new to this role.

Contents
Each operating manual consists of three main parts :

• a description of the installations and how they function

• illustrative diagrams (process diagrams, logic safety diagrams, general views, etc...)

• operating procedures.

Our operating manuals are supplied in an interactive format as well as in a printed version.

Our Technology

  Information is instantly available using multiple search criteria (for example, by diagram, by text, by list, by chapter, or by key words).

• simulate safety shutdowns.

The interactive operating manual is available in the following versions :

• stand-alone version, requiring or not requiring installation

• network version

• intranet version.
